Robert Nitschke

Robert is author of CREATING A COLLABORATIVE ENTERPRISE, co-founder and Managing Partner of SDR Holdings LLC and founder and Managing Partner of Arago Partners LLC.  His three decades of business experience spans a wide range of skills, experiences and industries.  He has held executive and management positions in Operations and Information Technology with Fortune 500 companies and has invested over 10 years in support of turnaround and early stage entrepreneurial ventures.  Robert’s decades of relentless drive to achieve remarkable results by introducing collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement have gained him the respect of his clients and associates.  He is recognized widely by his trademark phrase “Don’t confuse efforts with results^TM.”

Robert’s results driven spirit has produced successes in telecommunications, manufacturing, ecommerce, International project finance, cruise-tour and service industries.  His is a requested speaker on Collaboration and other business management topics.

Terry Stavropolous

Terry Stavropoulos, CMC® FIET, is the founder and CEO of Executives  Exchange, an elite think-tank enterprise where pre-qualified business entrepreneurs and senior executives come to exchange and leverage hard-won experiences and  proven solutions that will accelerate both their personal and business success.

Mr. Stavropoulos is a results-driven executive with 28 years of international business experience, 15 of which he served as an accomplished CEO, COO and Vice President, successfully leading geographically-dispersed multifunctional teams through complex business and organizational challenges, during high growth and turnaround conditions.

Most recently he has also partnered with investors, C-Level leaders and business owners as an interim executive, advisor, change agent and business coach to identify strategic, tactical and organizational opportunities to improve profitability and accelerate growth.

Mr. Stavropoulos is Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology, a Certified Management Consultant, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Southend College of Technology, UK.
